Return Window

Return requests should generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should normally be returned:

• unused
• in original packaging
• with included components or accessories

Products showing significant use, modification, or damage unrelated to shipping may not qualify for return.

Return Process

Inspection

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once the inspection is completed, the next step of the process will be communicated.
